Q. How do I collect my money from my customer?
A. Your customer can pay by credit card, check, or EFT (electronic fund transfer)by going to PayByComputer.com and logging in to your account. They can make payment anytime of day or night from their cell phone or computer.

Q. How does the money get to me?
A. PayByComputer.com processes the credit card payments through your merchant services provider and the checks through the Automatic Clearing House and the Federal Reserve via PayByComputer.com.  The money is then sent to your checking account.

Q. Can I print a report of the payments I receive?
A. Yes, you can print a report and/or get an email that someone has made a payment.

Q.  Can I download the payment information to my accounting software?
A. Yes, we are compatible with most software such as Quickbooks, Quicken and Peachtree.

Q. How long does it take for payment to go through to my account?
A. Your payments process in approximately 2-4 days.

Q. Is it safe to use online payment?
A. PayByComputer.com is safe and secure.  We have gone through rigorous compliance requirements with Visa and MasterCard.  We are certified PCI compliant.
